Position: Congress
Candidate District: FL-03
QUESTION #1
Do you stand firm in upholding, honoring and defending the Constitution? Please provide examples.
Yes. Unwavering. This is among your representatives duties. To ensure your constitutional rights
are protected and that you all have the freedom to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I
have authored many legislative enactments for my former bosses Cliff Stearns and Gus
Bilirakis. Out campaign seeks to inspire those to rise with us and join us on the front lies. I
believe we are far from the freedoms we believe we have. I seek to rectify that.
QUESTION #2
What does medical freedom mean to you?
That you are in the driver side of every decision. Healthcare should be affordable and
accessible. The federal government has a poor tract record in the delivery of care. I repeat, the delivery. Having handled veterans affairs for two vice chairmen, it was unreasonable to have
government intervention in the private sector as they couldn’t manage 1.7 million veterans.
Patient makes the decision. Their physician provides options. You can get a second or third
opinion or more. Then each individual should make the decision best suited for their personal priorities. Not a one size fits all.
QUESTION #3
What is your stance on vaccine mandates? Do you oppose or support mandates?
Oppose. Each individual should take personal responsibility for the well being of themselves
and their family. Science and medical advancements constantly changes, until there are definitives, no one or government should dictate or mandate anything. Without public trust, it is
wise for opt in approach not mandate.
QUESTION #4
Do you support the current vaccine exemptions in Florida, Religious and Medical? Would you fight to uphold them should they come under attack?
Yes and yes. I am not bought by anyone which is another reason we don’t have money. I say what I mean and do what I say. My words and my actions are always the same. I will fight for what is right, what my district believes is right, and critics in the future can debate if we were right or wrong.
QUESTION #5
Would you support a bill to expand vaccine exemptions to include conscientious objections?
Again, it should all be opt in and patient choice. That does mean that we the people need to accept the outcomes and be open to making adjustments on the facts and available evidence when necessary.
QUESTION #6
During a declared state of emergency, would you actively fight against proposed vaccine mandates?
Again, if there are facts that support necessary steps to control an outbreak, there are legal steps state
and federal can take. But history has shown why people should be reluctant. I believe personal rights and choice through and through. We should make these options in statute if there is merit for it.
QUESTION #7
At the state level, Florida Statute 381.00315 gives the State Health Officer the power to force vaccines, when approved, at their discretion and with police powers for enforcement. Are you aware of this law? Would you support the repeal of this law?
I am very concern when language is include with discretion and no written parameters. This allows for
interpretation and blurred lines. As a federal legislator, unless outlines in our constitution, all others goes to the states.
QUESTION #8
At the federal level, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 gives vaccine makers immunity from lawsuits stemming from harm due to a vaccine. No other drug company has ever been given this sort of protection. Are you familiar with this law? Do you support this type of immunity for pharmaceutical
companies?
No immunities. Even playing field and balanced approach. This is to prevent unnecessary
burden on justice system, but there needs to be another way that does not leave taxpayers on
the hook for research with no recourse to hold accountability.
QUESTION #9
Are you currently (or previously) affiliated in any way (including campaign contributions) with
pharmaceutical companies, medical establishments or educational institutions?
No

I have prepared for 13 years rising from an intern to a senior policy advisor. To fix anything; you
need to understand the problem. I can write legislation from scratch. I’ve never read from a
script. I am the most prepared and ready to make real change. Rise with us and a new era will begin.

There are few circumstances under which a company should be free from liability unless a
consumer has willfully and knowingly signed an agreement that they accept any consequences for use of a product or service. The Act should be reexamined and not kept in place if harmful to individuals, families, and children.
QUESTION #9

pharmaceutical companies, medical establishments or educational institutions?
I have received contributions from companies across all sectors, including healthcare,
